This is a 3 cell Marley Cooling Tower we are currently repairing in Durham, NC. Its in rough shape the hot water basins are completly gone along with the side walls. This is causing the fill media to fall out of tower.
This tower was in rough shape when we found it. Hot water basin had holes that caused the fill media to ice up and fall out in the center.
This tower was in rough shape when we found it. The sidewalls were rusting allowing fill media to collapse a little. We were able to savage the existing fill media and put 4 new G235 galvanized steel side walls on to transform this cooling tower.
We replaced all of the air inlet louvers, coated cold water basin and applied a 2 part epoxy to the exterior rusted areas of these towers in Raleigh, NC.
